LET FISH OFF THE HOOK
Give fish a break
If fish could speak, they’d tell you they’re in trouble. We’ve been taking far too many fish out of the sea, depleting marine populations and damaging our ocean ecosystems. And when we’re not overfishing them, we’re farming them in unsustainable ways.
How do we help fish? Eating less of them, for a start. We stop overfishing. We stop overfarming. And we swap fish for F*SH.
By changing our eating habits, we can make a big difference to our oceans and the planet. But it’s only going to make a big enough impact if we all do it.
Swap seafood for peafood
Fish tastes nice, so we’ve worked our tails off to make our plant-based seafood taste as good as the real thing, and to make sure it’s good for you too.
Our fish free tuna flakes, made with chickpea, pea and rice proteins are high in protein, high in omega 3, vegan, gluten free, soy free and crucially – guilt free. So after you’ve eaten it, you can sleep easy knowing you’re doing your bit to save the oceans too.
Choosing F*SH means less demand for real fish, leading to fewer of them being plucked from the oceans and more chance of their populations replenishing. One small swap for you. One giant leap for fishkind.
You’re only human after all
There’s a lot of pressure in the world. People want to tell you what to eat, what to wear, what Emojis to not send to your boss on the work group chat (an aubergine is not always an aubergine, just FYI). But not us. We won’t tell you what you can or can’t do.
So, if you want to keep eating meat and fish, and try swapping out animal protein for plant protein just a few meals a week, that’s okay. Any change in the right direction is a good thing, and we have a sneaking suspicion that once you start swapping out a few meals, you might want to do it more and more (and more and more).
